Loop Road NABA Count

Join us for one of my favorite NABA counts of the year known as the Pinecrest NABA count.  We meet at the beginning of Loop Road at the intersection of US 41 (Tamiami Trail) at 9 am.  We will caravan west on Loop Road stopping every several miles to survey areas of the Everglades.  We then get back in our air conditioned cars and repeat the process every several miles.  We will find a place to have a picnic or just stop and eat in our cars.  We finish up the day at the Oasis Visitor Center where we usually pick up several more species.  If you would like to join us, email Linda Evans – lmemia@aol.com.
