Jill Utrup
Our guest speaker on November 2nd is Jill Utrup, whose presentation will be “Range-wide Recovery and Conservation of the endangered Karner blue butterfly“.
Bio:
Jill Utrup is an endangered species biologist based in the Minnesota-Wisconsin Field Office of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. She serves as the national recovery lead for several federally listed species, including two wide-ranging species, the endangered northern long-eared bat and the Karner blue butterfly. Most of her time is spent working closely with a multitude of partners in recovery efforts for these two species range-wide.
