Doral Pollinator Market – Cancelled

OCTOBER 4th, 2025 DORAL POLLINATOR MARKET HAS BEEN CANCELLED

Dear Vendors,

It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to cancel this year’s Pollinator Market. The weather this season has not cooperated, and we’ve struggled with the idea of risking an event that may not be well attended.

We truly love the concept of this event and believe it has the potential to be a wonderful addition to our community. However, because it is still new, we want to ensure its success from the start so people are eager to return year after year. We also want to respect your time and effort by making sure that any event you participate in is worthwhile and financially successful.

Looking ahead, we are exploring the idea of hiring an events company to host regular Farmers Markets starting in January. One of these markets may even feature a Pollinator theme to make up for this year’s cancellation. If you are interested in being included in the vendor lineup, please let me know and I’ll forward your information to the organizers.

We are truly saddened that the Pollinator Market will not happen this year, but we feel this is the best decision for everyone. We know many of you prepare items days in advance, and we do not want that hard work to go to waste. Refund checks will be going out shortly. Please send me the address you would like to receive your refunds at your earliest convenience.
