NATIVE PLANT DAY at Bill Sadowski Park

The Miami Blue Chapter is joining the Dade Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society for Native Plant Day at Bill Sadowski Park on Saturday, March 19, 2016 from 9 am to 4 pm.  There will be Activities for all ages, programs and nature walks, hands-on activities, plant sales and raffles. Learn about native plants, landscaping, water conservation, “bad insects”, butterflies, seeds, wildflowers, wood-turning and lots more.  Miami Blue Chapter will host a table with information on butterflies, caterpillars and their special plants.

Drinks and food will be available for purchase, cash only.  Early Birding walk at 8 am.  Bring binoculars.
