Quarantine Lepping
Social distancing has moved butterfly and nature lovers online. Here’s some activities to keep you in touch with nature:
Project Get Outside
The FAU Center for Environmental Studies is sponsoring a daily backyard nature hunt for children and adults. Explore nature just outside your back door.
Discover Butterflies Brochures
If you are looking for activities for the family, please visit the University of Florida Museum of Natural History site, where there are printable butterfly brochures and resources including the Miami blue coloring book (in English and Spanish) for the children! Or perhaps join the Wings Over Florida Program and work on your life/yard lists.

Check out the latest news from the Institute for Regional Conservation (IRC), as they just released a newsletter. Starting Tuesday, May 5th, they are launching weekly conversations with George Gann via Zoom from 1:00-2:00 pm every Tuesday!
