Special Butterfly Survey of Matheson Hammock West

Come join the Miami Blue Chapter of NABA members and butterfly enthusiasts alike on a 2 hour survey of Matheson Hammock West on Saturday August 5th, from 10:00 am to Noon.

This is an effort to establish a baseline for the butterflies that are present, now that the initial phase of the restoration project has been accomplished to the area.

The meeting point will be in the parking lot to the West Matheson Hammock Park, which is on the West side of Old Cutler Road, directly opposite the main entrance to Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens.
