DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our first meeting of the new year at Castellow Hammock where we will have a panel of experts who are FIU and UM graduate students.  Jesus Blanco (FIU)\, Tanjim Hossain (UM) and Suresh Subedi (FIU) will discuss “Mosquito Abatement and Butterfly Conservation:  Subtropical Dry Forests in the Florida Keys”.  This program has been organized by Jaeson Clayborn\, PhD Candidate\, FIU.  Jaeson has suggested that it be a program with lots of questions and comments with members and visitors as well. \nThis meeting is open to the public. \nPlace:  Castellow Hammock;  Sunday\, February 7\, 2016 starting at 1 P.M. \nCome early to view their fabulous butterfly garden and hammock.  This is one of the few places where the threatened Florida White may be seen.
