Join us for our February 2, 2020 meeting at Castellow Hammock at 1 pm. We will have a short business to elect new officers before our guest speaker presents his program.
Our speaker will be Dr. Francisco Coro who is an associate professor at Miami Dade College Padron Campus. He will discuss the acoustic mechanics and behavior of the polka-dot wasp moth from avoiding predators to finding mates. He is originally from Cuba and was a professor at the University of Havana in Cuba before becoming a professor at Miami Dade College. It sounds like a fascinating program!
Come early to check out the butterfly garden at Castellow or just meet other Miami Blue members.
It would be appreciated if you could contribute to our snack table, finger food only.
