We will have our Loop Road Count on Saturday, June 18, 2022.
This is a magical trip through the Everglades, where we will monitor the more unusual butterflies that are found in this remote area. We typically drive a mile, stop and count, then drive again so we can cool off in the car’s ac.
This is an all day event, so bring water, a bag lunch, mosquito spray, hat, long sleeves etc.
We will adhere to the CDC recommendations for wearing masks when appropriate and social distancing.
We will meet at 9 am at the eastern end of Loop Road where it meets US 41.
