NOI, Notice of Violations & Press Release re: Florida bonneted bat law suit.

Following the Conservation groups suing the USFWS re: the endangered Florida bonneted bat (click to see original post on the law suit), the attorneys representing the Conservation groups have sent a “Notice of Violations of Endangered Species Act Sections 7 and 9 Relating to Miami Wilds” letter to all parties involved in the project.

This was then backed up with a complete 21 page “Notice of Intent” document being sent again to all parties by Certified Mail.
